"For this reason I kneel before the Father, from whom his whole family in heaven and on earth derives its name. I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the saints, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge - that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God" (Ephesians 3:14-19).

At Macland Presbyterian Church, we are committed to reaching the lost in positive ways for Jesus Christ by building relationships with God and one another. Having experienced the love and grace of God, we seek to build His kingdom by building up those who are hurt, hungry, helpless, or feeling hopeless. We do this by showing the love of God in practical ways, through our deeds, words, and prayers. Christ brought the good news of healing and hope into a broken world. Out of love, gratitude, and obedience, we joyfully continue to carry His message to all people.

Servant evangelism simply means showing the love of Christ in practical ways. These activities include, but are not limited to, free car washes, taking hot chocolate/cider to police stations and fire departments on Christmas Eve, handing out donated smoke detectors to our neighbors in need, etc. Watch the bulletin, this website and newsletters for upcoming projects.
